The jack of all trades piece of kit master of the footwork. Top notch riffs & licks & the stereo effects sound sublime. a long video but enjoyed it from start to finish another great video DOVYDAS.
At the end of your video, you hit it on the head, it’s exhausting to go through all the patches of the GT1000, as you could actually be there for days customizing every patch for a gig. But once you do, you’ll be able to throw out every other pedal you’ve ever owned. Most powerful, and yet tonal pedalboard I’ve ever owned. Enjoy it.
"You want a toe? I can get you a toe, believe me. There are ways, Dude. You don't wanna know about it, believe me" ;) Sorry, could not resit a The Big Lebowski quote.
Yes. Thanky you. I wonder where all this stuff comes what you play, but you nailed. This was the exact thing I wanted to hear about this GT-1000. Cheers dude!
Great Job Man! Now I know where your inspiration and happy face came from recently, ha. Just wait til you get into programming this thing. You have to think in terms of what you need. Great review....i'm going to watch this in 3 or 4 segments though. 1st was up through 22. Really appreciate your demo of preset /effect and how it can be used. The Boss GT 1000 will be on my shopping list from what i hear so far. Thanks
I just bought a pod hd500x and it's going back to the store tomorrow. 02-3 literally not only sounded amazing... it felt amazing through my phone onto my hand.
Hey tell boss to call you because of this video I just bought my gt 1000 I was watching videos of line 6 because I wanted to get a good guitar effect processor and after I watch almost 3 hrs video it was worth it looking the whole video BOSS SHOULD BE PROUD OF YOU TO SHOW THEIR PRODUCT ON A SCALE OF 5 STARS...so tell boss to call you. 😁
I sold my Line 6 Helix and just bought today this one. I already had fractal and it's incredible, but wanted to test the other ones and must say that Line 6 modulation effects sucks... Boss mods are beautiful.
The only reasons for staying for this is because you’re thinking of getting one or you already have one and want to see what someone else is able to do with the presets. That’s me! Nice chops by the way. I’m still learning how to program it. Properly. One biggie is setting the tuner to zero setting of the volume pedal so you can have 3 buttons instead of 2 in the top row.
Man it’s a really nice roundup! Very good playing. Concerning GT1000 I would say too much effets to fully appreciate amp dynamics or tube emulation... but it already sound better than an Helix to my ears. Very interesting and looks pretty solid.
Can confirm, as someone who hates feet, it's vile to watch (though I do understand why he does it) so I just listen to it and continue browing on another tab.
Hi DovyDas great review i own the Boss GT-1 which i find is a good multi effects pedal for me for now next year ill probably buy the Boss GT-100 then either 2023 or 2024 ill definetley get the Boss GT-1000
So does this thing really sound that good are you playing straight out into nothing else but the 1000 cuz everybody everything I watch on UA-cam and everybody I talk to says yes it's that good I ordered one I hope it's as good as they say it is so far I've tried just about everything else as far as multi-effects processor still haven't found what I'm looking for
Good video. I was going to get this one but after all I don't like it , on the top of that over £700 ! Anyway I did subscribed your channel. Thanks a lot.
The only complaint I have about the GT 1000 is that it doesn't have enough connections/flexibility on the back. The pod hd500x has 1/4 inch out that you can run directly to an amp(and select amp so that the 500x can give the appropriate signal) AND XLR outs that you can run directly to a mixing console. If the Boss can't do that, I'm a no.
Great job, showing us what the gt1000 offers for its preset. Makes me want to get one, it's just the price hehehe. & still, i have some customized tweaked patches in my GT8 which i think i like more like the Money for Nothing drive, Violin, & the metal zone
Hi, well done & tks for a 1st idea about it, using the GT 100, i want to known if it's possible to upload my patches from the GT-100 Librarian to GT 1000, get fun keep you happy
Factory Preset and many patches sound just like Fender 1 V2 Amp. and Boss Katana 50.The price of this Boss GT-1000 is US$1,000 but now April 2020 is around US$850🤭🙃🤩
I wonder what you thought of the boss gt 1000. It's advertised to have the rv500 dd500 and MD500 all built in. Is that actually true from your experience? I wonder if it's accurately advertised or not. It seems worth the money just for the effects alone if that's the case since buying them individually will cost more
The camera shakes a bit when he's groovin' and stamps his foot. :-) Great demo. Had to only listen to most of it because the loose hair and bare feet are more than I need in a guitar video.

Finally someone who actually spends the majority of his video demonstrating what this thing can actually do, instead of Jaw-Jacking through the entire video. Thank You! It's about time! And this guy's got some skills too.
I watch the entire video awesome you did it that’s a perfect video demo for all the patches on that monster GT 1000 it worth it.
The presets are so much better than what came up with the GT 100. Thanks for the demo and the time you took to make it.
One of the few ppl who might actually use a lot of the sounds and get inspired by them too.
Fantastic, convinced me to buy one. Can’t wait!
You are very talented. Thanks for posting this video.
Enjoy it.
Thanks for putting all that work together.
23:27 is by far the most amazing thing I've ever heard
beside the introduction of the processor, davidas showed us all his worldclass guitar abilities, he talks through his solos amazingly
Love the whole going through all of them, I get my GT-1000 this Friday
This video is longer than Lord of the Rings
хахаха, лол бля)))
"You want a toe? I can get you a toe, believe me. There are ways, Dude. You don't wanna know about it, believe me" ;) Sorry, could not resit a The Big Lebowski quote.
but is better
means you're not watching extended versions. step your game up.
It's even longer than his toes! 😂
WHAT CANT YOU PLAY!!!!! FOR CHRISTS SAKE DUDE LEAVE SOME TALENT FOR THE REST OF US!!!! THIS IS JUST MINDBLOWING
Have been waiting for it for so long....
Awesome playing. I'm so glad you made this video. Thank you so much.
Yes. Thanky you. I wonder where all this stuff comes what you play, but you nailed. This was the exact thing I wanted to hear about this GT-1000. Cheers dude!
Incredible GT 1000 and incredible guitarist !
YES, SIR DOVYDAS - REST UP & THANKS. (( Job well done))
Apart from the level of dexterity and imagination you pour at the guitar, this is just like home - dog hairs all over your new toy!
Great Job Man! Now I know where your inspiration and happy face came from recently, ha. Just wait til you get into programming this thing. You have to think in terms of what you need. DIrect sounds darn good. But then again its the hands too. And funny that you found the Wah button after you did this, funny on the live stream though. Peace
Boss have definitely nailed it with this unit! ..its about time actually.
I'm just laughing at the videos that came out of namm. They should have hired you to be their demonstrator for this thing. You make it sound so much better than the two dudes who demoed it at hamm.
Mark Shields thought those guy's did fine demoing the product. Those guy's didn't have the advantage of the final product. Not to knock this demo cuz it's a fine one, but the guy's at NAMM were on prototypes, so of course with the finalized tones it's going to be a better demo.
Aaron Marino it really hurt the unit...it seemed like the basic tones weren't there
Mark Shields totally agree. In the past you could demo a proto to preview and hype a product. With the advent of social media and "in the moment video" I think that it's no longer a viable way to introduce a product as the videos on UA-cam once up are up forever, so to speak.
At NAMM they're there to give previews, not to do good demo's. So if it's a good demo, ya got lucky.
Wow, I don't have time to listen to it all right now, but the transformation of your hair from 0:00:00 to 1:50:00 speaks to the amount of effort you put in, hah.
great effort it is hahah
He said it would be like a 2 hour video and got it nearly spot on. How.
Excellent product, especially for a musician like dovydas.
Great review....i'm going to watch this in 3 or 4 segments though. 1st was up through 22. Really appreciate your demo of preset /effect and how it can be used. The Boss GT 1000 will be on my shopping list from what i hear so far. Thanks
A great sounding unit ! Interresting demo, thanx dude !
Pizza and Soda! BOSS really owes you now!

very nice demo best one so far on youtube ,thanks for sharing
Amazing work. Really appreciate your effort to do this for us.
Illuminati message received from the 100k plaque.
That processor is amazing!! just what I need hahaha
Legitimate illuminati !!!
Man it’s a really nice roundup! Very good playing.
Concerning GT1000 I would say too much effets to fully appreciate amp dynamics or tube emulation... but it already sound better than an Helix to my ears. Very interesting and looks pretty solid.
I still don't know why people go crazy over helix it sounds like crap
The octave up sounds way better on this than the boss gt-100 but even still the boss gt-100 is amazing. This thing is better, and so Inspirational.
Had this playing the the BG, click over and see TOES switching the sounds. I LOL'd. I commented. Carry on.
Polyphonic tuner that handles 7 strings at once. WANT THIS.
This pedal is insane. I dig my RP500, but I would go for one of these in a heartbeat if It was even close to my price range.
You are very dedicated.
18:02 That Dr. Who music intro feel is to real. :D
this video must be horrible for people who hate feet
jackstacks. Agree
And for those with a foot fetish... Dovydas just gained new subscribers 😂
Can confirm, as someone who hates feet, it's vile to watch (though I do understand why he does it) so I just listen to it and continue browing on another tab.
It seems to be necessary for pedal videos these days. I don't get it at all
Remedy: tight socks maybe?
Thanks for the video! Just got signed with boss (as a bassist), but I'm pretty sure I need one of this after watching your video! Sounds really great!
Hi DovyDas great review i own the Boss GT-1 which i find is a good multi effects pedal for me for now next year ill probably buy the Boss GT-100 then either 2023 or 2024 ill definetley get the Boss GT-1000
YOU'RE THE BEST!! That's how you sold me to this. Great playing! Thank You!
I have a few questions if you can please help, I'd highly appreciate it!!!
Thanx for video! Now i know what i want - I'll buy the Helix
best 2 hours of my life XD
Incidentally, well done for playing all the presets. Kennis Russell made a similar series for the Roland GR-55, which was also useful.
This is one Hell of a toe jam!!!!😳😳
Thank you so much for trimming your cute little toenails for us too. You, Sir, are a Gentleman.
Great demo! Great guitar player it's just the foot thing. Seeing the foot all the time it's a little funky...put some shoes on dude!!👍
All I can say is, WOW!!!
Whatta machine!
Notif squad from philippines!
huha Hahe LODI HAHAHA
Soundfulness.
awesome piece of equipment...!!
Dovydas sad that I should listen through headphones. I went to shop, bought headphones and then continued watching video.
Old Fuzz face, some Tape delay, Tone City model M, Digitech Whammy, would be enough for me.
So does this thing really sound that good are you playing straight out into nothing else but the 1000 cuz everybody everything I watch on UA-cam and everybody I talk to says yes it's that good I ordered one I hope it's as good as they say it is so far I've tried just about everything else as far as multi-effects processor still haven't found what I'm looking for
In a lot of the sounds/ tones I heard on your video sound like the ones I'm trying to produce
Dude kool ty..i have a gt 8...love it...
Geezus, I would need a nap after all of that.
Some serious metal. Man Stuff.
8:31 sounds like a leaf blower. xD
So basically... It's called GT-1000 and costs 1000 bucks.
This thing is wonderful!
Merci pour ce partage
So, Who is doing the TIMESTAMPS?
Look again
already looked, liked and commented.
Nice job! You should have called this doing this so Rex doesn’t have too! Lol, way to hang in there! I love a Tuber that says fuck copywriter fear!!!
Good video. I was going to get this one but after all I don't like it , on the top of that over £700 !
Anyway I did subscribed your channel. Thanks a lot.
You could climb trees with those things.
Superb video
Yeah I sat and watched the whole video
Forget the pedal. Your playing is Outragous & the most proficienty diverse of all demo guitarists out there. Session guy, right?
I bet we hear some 34-3 Super Slicer @1:30:00 in some upcoming looper videos as a backing bit.
Deep shimmer? We'll call that Prince. Deep shimmer with ctrl 1 and 2, call that Van Halen.
Good work..Thank you
Great Bro !
A great demo! You couldn't have been more thorough! Thanks!
Dovydas illuminati confirmed XD
This looks really nice but the Line 6 Helix still looks so much nicer, especially since it has Variax compatability
Mr. Dahudge. I think Headrush looks better than both of them.
No no!!! Your bags under eyes say that you're ready to write more combat hours of stream !!
you had me at terra echo
Lezly Vibe = Leslie Vibe, not Lizzy. Thanks for the demo.
It may be a good idea to wear shoes.
no show the feet
Min 12:40 , and that's it, i will buy it
Sauber....die Füße und guter Gitarrist
Good player also
The only complaint I have about the GT 1000 is that it doesn't have enough connections/flexibility on the back. The pod hd500x has 1/4 inch out that you can run directly to an amp(and select amp so that the 500x can give the appropriate signal) AND XLR outs that you can run directly to a mixing console. If the Boss can't do that, I'm a no.
I use the Fractal axe fx3
Woow.. Amazing.. Thanks
Great job, showing us what the gt1000 offers for its preset. Makes me want to get one, it's just the price hehehe. & still, i have some customized tweaked patches in my GT8 which i think i like more like the Money for Nothing drive, Violin, & the metal zone

Should I buy GT-1000 or AX8?
I can only take 10 presets at a time. It's taking me forever to get through this video.
New effects, but sound`s like gt-8, gt-10 and gt-100. Blargh!!!
I wonder what you thought of the boss gt 1000. It's advertised to have the rv500 dd500 and MD500 all built in. Is that actually true from your experience? I wonder if it's accurately advertised or not. It seems worth the money just for the effects alone if that's the case since buying them individually will cost more
But what does CTL 3 do, and why does CTL 1 and 2 light up different colors on each effect?
The camera shakes a bit when he's groovin' and stamps his foot. :-) Great demo. Had to only listen to most of it because the loose hair and bare feet are more than I need in a guitar video.
Lol the foot had me laughed so hard
