The foliage mats for hedges was a brilliant idea! The light over the door looks really good. A solid front door is always better than a grill. But I did expect the shutters to be the colonial blue.
Thank you sooooo much :) I wanted the shutters just to minimize the space in the middle, I wanted them to blend it to the windows not stand out, but maybe i'll try it on the computer to see what it would look like :)
I love it! I wasn’t sure about the blue door color, but it is perfect! The hedges look great and the shutters really finished the look. I can’t wait to see the kitchen 💙
This is nice! Love the corona blue doors, the lantern and the blue flowers. 🥰 The black accents really make the facade pop! Great choices, as usual. 💯👍🏾
I love it! The blue door is much better with the blue but I hope you can still use the Barbie logo pieces for somewhere else. What Barbie house is this because this is how they should continue to make them because they have actual rooms unlike those huge ugly dream houses! I watched the bathroom video when you did it and I thought you did an amazing job with that vanity just like you did closing up that area and adding shutters. You are so crafty and have an eye for finding uses for everything! Thanks for sharing.

It's beautiful! if you want to add a bit more detail the blocks under all the roofs might look good in the same color as the door but I'm not sure it might be too much and it's not a needed detail so before I tried it I would take a picture and color those parts in the picture to see if it's worth doing.

I really like that the shutters are the proper width for the window. In real life, it drives me insane when I see a house with narrow shutters are wide windows!! I know they're only for decorative purposes, but as a former art and design student, balance and proportion are important! If it were my house, I'd probably add some climbing vines to parts of the house. Doesn't it make you crazy that all Barbie houses, furniture, etc , are pink or purple?!?!
Thank you so much :) that drives me crazy too, I always try to balance out my projects, I think its one of the most important parts of design :) I was trying to think of something to cover the big white gap under the top windows on the right side, a vine would look good, but then I thought the tree might cover some of it :) pink and purple dollhouses do make me crazy :) but I do love seeing the transformations :)
Perhaps a "wrought iron" decorative piece in that gap? Or, maybe if part of the hedge was left "untrimmed" and grew up the wall and into that blank space? You'll have fun thinking of something I'm sure! 😊👍🇨🇦

I love it! The blue door is much better with the blue but I hope you can still use the Barbie logo pieces for somewhere else.
