Well yeah, cuz while this level was in the making (it was quite different) the creator's friend David, commited suicide and alot of stuff written is displaying his paranoic thoughts and the "exit" at the end is the metaphor for suicide
Ya it's just the detail that makes it hard the layout is at a hard demon level but with the design it makes it really hard to see so that's why it's an extreme demon

Replaced the bush branches spike thing from the layout ver. for better visual clarity :D
Also I dont know why the gradient screen thing on the end moves forward a bit, Ive tried removing shake and stuff but it still dont work lol
