I just got a Nighthawk in 154CM today. I'm liking it.
I wish! They'd replace the cf with like g10 inlays or a different inlay

Cool OTF. It's on my radar. I've been very happy with their Nighthawk 2.
I got a different model from them recently. With a discount it was like $69. Well worth price. I had three body screw's fall out a couple days in. They shipped replacements out really fast though. Use loctite. 😎👍🏻🔪
Saw your insta and fell in love. Just got mine today, rock solid and razor sharp. The code got me way under 200, I could not be happier. Been wanting a nimble otf with a spear point for a while, glad I gambled on this one. Really sweet! Thanks for the exposure to a nice blade

magnacut or not, gawd I hate dagger blades. WTF, is the fascination with dagger blades and OTF's????? thank goodness for options. one needs to be drop point, TAKCOM!
I agree about your opinion of OTF knives. Automatic knives aren’t my favorite but if I have one then I prefer dagger or bayonet blades. The Grunt and the Bulldog models don’t even offer the dagger blades. Just drop points or warncliffe

Is there such a fascination? It simply seems like a niche that gets a lot of hate. I don't see throngs of people baying for them or stores overflowing with such blades, but I do see a subset of people incredibly offended by their very existence.
I'm currently fidgeting with my barracuda wharny, but it's the older D2 version. Great knife. Mine also has almost zero play.
I wonder if someone finally make something in the middle of price with nice 14c28 or 154cm steel that is not lose as hell after few months of usage... 😅
Looks like they're running their Magnacut at 59-60 hrc, which is ... why bother if you're going to run it that soft?
I’m thinking that there’s very few manufacturers running it much higher. I guess I need to get a bunch of different ones by different manufacturers and have them tested. But magnacut has other properties that make it a good steel choice even if it’s not up at a 64 HRC.
I honestly feel the same way, I'd rather have 154cm at 61 HRC than Magnacut at anything less than 62. M390 is like that m390 at 59 hrc is nothing like m390 at 61.5 l/62 hrc.
@@Elmax17.5dps I'm looking to buy one right now and they're listed at 62-63 on the product page. Maybe they had to update the listed specs from its previous version made in D2.
I’m about to pull the trigger but I’m in between this and the bulldog. Help me people lol which one would be better? Less blade play I guess and m390 vs magnacut? Plus which blade is thicker? By the looks bulldog is but in specs they both 0.12 thickness 😮
I prefer the Barracuda because I like the dagger blade.
@@LuvThemKnives for barracuda I was actually thinking of warnie. In pictures the stock on the warncliff looks a bit thicker. Ahhh man idk I wish axial shift v3.0 were in stock, which btw I suggest checking out. They have info on their website, it looks completely different to the original shift and blade to handle ratio is much better and it just looks sexier
