Great guide but must have missed something as I can't get Durlag to say that I have completed and give me the 3 choices to continue on to fight boss, secrete door won't open, that lets you into boss room!

Dude im stuck i left cuz i needed to rest so bad my ppl were about to fight lol and i was full on loot couldn't carry anything else and i teleported out now im trying to get back down but can't find my way back im stuck just at thr part before it makes u into chess lol that was funny but am i screwed now on this play through? Since i teleported out when that lady asked me cuz i know i still have a boss to fight maybe idk that demon knight thing from thr 1st floor that killed my tour lol. Idk how to get back into it now
You may not like this answer but at least it's an answer, every time I have teleported out of the dungeon after reaching the 4th floor I got stuck too and was unable to get back down. Usually though i got stuck on the 2nd floor, for whatever reason I couldn't get the door open that lead to the throne room.
@@AlmarWinfield actually thanks lol now i won't waste any more time on this wretched tower lmao i only wanted to know how the mind flayer played out lol cuz i have 2 saved 1s got a bloody outcome where i killed the iron throne leaders and the 2nd has a truly innocent 20 heroic rep that i do not want to lose when i go try to report back to scar who'd been replaced by thr iron Thorne before i can get back n especially now that a lot of times past since i last saw them they still think me dead lol. But yeah maybe I'll return to a previous save where i didn't do this but I just played a good 18hr in this alone lol trying to figure it out by myself before searching for help lol I'll just watch it online not sure it's worth going back to complete not at least till i beat bg2 im in such a rush to play cuz I'm going from bg1 allllll the way to every crpg game and dragon age even lol. Starting the founding of the chantry now isn't thst what id be thr 1st of the grey wardens if we drank thr blood lol from that goblet in this tower lmao. But anyway thanks that'd actually be a more helpful answer than none lol as id still be wasting my time trying to get back down lol. Only locking myself out further yet lol. But maybe we'll return on replay if there's time...
Do you have any guides for going back to bg to face the iron Thorne at ch7? Im stuck there and dont want to lose half my party again lol.

That final chapter of the game is really annoying but thankfully there are only a few story flags you HAVE to do in order to advance. I have them listed on my site

Or is it a read it guide? Either way will be very helpful. But yeah i know its very complicated the ending im trying for the Good one lol there's a few quest i can't finish but its fine I'll just go on cuz i still have Like 4 others crpgs to play next lol. The olds ones like plane scape torment i forget all the names lol. Ice wind dale before i can move onto others like the new divinity 2 &dragon age Again lol(wish that'd get a proper remake with all 3 in 1 so we can transfer the data w/o that broken ea site that never worked lol was sooo mad thst everything i did in 1&2 was lost. But anyway it's kinda cool if ya know the lore bg1&2 are like direct prequels to it loosely. But in my head cannon they're the sequels to bg1&2 lol) but anyway thanks I'll definitely check that out very helpful👍🙂
