People nowadays don't know how to make trailers. I can tell the film will have a much different feel when watched.
The original movie is perfect
This could be a very good reboot of the crow. Let this film be what it is. A new version of the story That doesn't affect in anything to the original film
@@lionelgonzalezgonzalez3987 it's not a reboot, it's part of the graphic novel, they put out, for the crow fans who really into the movie franchises. That's all and since they're coming out with another one, in the coming year, not the one I this summer, another one, will follow, the other ones will be better, but not better than the first one, with Brandon Lee, you can't touch that, one a lot of people like that one better than all the other ones.
Here is the thing… Nothing will ever be the original. No one will ever be Brandon Lee. May he rest in peace. So we must agree, that we cannot go into the movie expecting to compare it 1:1 to that. The story deserves to live, and it deserves to be revived for the next generation. The story of Eric and the Crow is such a great story and we cannot allow it to be damned. We should erase all of the sequels from existence. Furlong had no place there.
I will go into this film, with an overly priced movie ticket in hand, with my boys, and we will watch and appreciate it. Any nod to Brandon Lee will be acknowledged and done so heartfelt. Skarsgaard deserves his chance to shine in this story. It looks like he gave a lot to the performance. So I go to support it. I have high hopes and good anticipation.
Then support him, not the company that ruins this legendary IP with woke bs!
Sorry, but even the movie with Brandon Lee wasn't the original, the original is the 1989 graphic noviel.

Ich muss sagen ich war skeptisch aber der trailer sieht mal gut aus. Klar an das original kommt keiner ran aber dies scheint eine eigenständige stroy zu sein. I würde sagen,geben wir ihm eine chance.
zumindest die rückblicke hätten farblich untermalt gehört und er spielt zu viel am tag, the crow muss düster und dunkel sein, so würde ich das sehen.

I can tell from the trailer that they changed absolutely.Everything about this movie from how the original character died to his fiance not being raped to death. I can tell scarsguard Is trying to do his best but my position stays the same the Movie should not have been rebooted and I love the original and it will never take its place. RIP Brandon Lee

In the graphic novel Eric tells Shelley to lock herself in the car that broke down when T-Bird and his pals show up.
I'm a fan of the ' crow franchise, they're not replacing Brandon Lee, God bless him, and his father, but all the other crow movies are ok, nice gesture, but they're (writers, and directors, are trying to keep the 'crow franchise alive, none of the actors trying to replace Mr. Lee, but their are people who loves the crow, I have posters or the one with Mr. Lee, it's only a few that were good, hopefully the next, one will be better.

After seeing this and at the sheer large volume of brutality and violence in this film I think Blumhouse and Lionsgate should collab for SCREAM 7 in 2025 I would pay to see that type of collab in theaters
I saw the orginal at openin night back in the day and thought that remake would ruin all what Crow was a bout. After watching this trailer 3 times, I am not so sure. This looks promising honestly, I might change my mind :)
That thinking is problematic. Memories made by watching specific films at a specific time in my life, can not be ruined by a different film, from a different time that isn't significant to me. People that continue to believe this is just lying to themselves.
This is tuff Brandon Lee is number 1 crow and for the Reboot I think they are still holding back some images of the trailer but this is a definitely a will see, great choice in music for the trailer thou

Bill Skarsgård is an dreamy precious actor. Pennywise is my favorite portrayal of his.

There are some movies you just don't touch and this is one of them has a John Wick - Joker looking feeling to it nothing screams the original original

The way I see it, the original movie was Earth-1, and the series was Earth-2 and this would make this movie more like Earth-3, and multiverse thing

I don't know. I'll have to read my copy again and watch Brandon's version again before I pass full judgement. It is such an amazing piece of work that I will allow that remaking it for a younger audience is worth it. I guess that's why we keep watching version's of Shakespeare centuries later. But, my 57 year old self might be prejudiced from a point where my soul is involved.

I really don't understand the hate behind this reboot. The trailer actually looks good so far. I want to see this when it comes out.
autotune music, cheap cgi blood and fx in what looks like a nice city to live in. They said they where going back to the comic which was darker the the original movie. Not a tiktok rapper out for revenge. Also the death scene is putting plastic bags over a head?

Bill comes from a family of great actors brother Alex played Eric in Trueblood,Kong,, Zoolander, and Tarzan, Father also a great actor , Following Bill's other acting contributions include a hand full of projects that have to be seen to believe, hopefully he at least gets nominated for an Oscar next year

What the hell is this garbage??? God autotune with reverb music? He dies with a plastic bag on its head. CGI gore, a beautiful; Eastern European setting? I have actually hoping this movie would be good with a budget of 50 or so million. Now imagine the soundtrack.... I was just a lucky kid when I saw the great original movie at a friends house but this looks like a SoundCloud rapper made a movie.
