Niagara Falls is such a great experience. We grew up an hour from there. Used to make night time trips over to Canada all the time. When we were in town visiting this past summer we took our kids up to see the falls.
I live near Niagara Falls & I still find it breathtaking & love seeing it❤

I saw Niagara Falls for the first time this summer. It exceeded my already high expectations despite the smoky skies from the Canadian wildfires. I did a full day tour that picked me up from the campground I was staying at.
Love Canadian side of Niagra Falls but it has really changed since my last visit. You need go up in the CN tower if get back there again

I love the falls and have been there several times.I went over the Peace Bridge back in the 90s when you didn't needed a passport or any id to cross.I even went on the Maid of the Mist on the US side.

Hey Kasey! I live in buffalo and work at a hotel and I've heard almost all summer long how horrible the rental car place has been. I went to pick up a friend at the airport and I swear there was almost 200 people waiting for a car

Rental car hell! That is Nashville! Last two times I flew into BNA, It took less time to fly there from ICT through DFW than it took to get a rental car!

Breaks my heart you haven’t been to this amazing country north of you!!!! If you want hikes go to Gros Morne National Park in Newfoundland. If you want to go to Europe go to Quebec City. Montréal is like Boston. Toronto is our huge big city. Ottawa is beautiful in the winter. Calgary is the gateway to the Rockies. Vancouver is our gem a better Seattle. And Victoria is like being in London. Glad you got to Niagara Falls it is amazing fun place

Fun Fact: the water flowing over Niagara Falls is controlled. They divert a lot of the water that would flow naturally for power generation. At night it is greatly reduced.

@Kacey the toll is $3 if you exit before 10 minutes from entry but it drops down to $2 if you stay in ten. The higher charge is for those who use the airport as a cut through.

Friendly tip... don't be renting out your car. Way way too much downside. You will incur significant and often unexpectef additional repair and maintenance costs. Plus the additional vehicle mileage by renters, will decrease your vehicle's value. Insurance- auto insurance companies want policy holders to let them know when your car is being used commercially. That definitely increases your cost, but that is insignificant compared to the alternative-- if you don't tell your insurance company about, for example, renting out your vehicle ( that is considered commercial use) and...
then your car is in an accident by the renter-- wow. Good luck with that. Because the insurance company would be on legal ground to deny the claim.
And if the renter is in a fatal accident, the car owner could be dragged in.
And we don't care what Turo says to one of their clients renting out car(s). As an attorney, we strongly advise consulting an attorney - it will be worth a few hundred- and have them review Turo or any other such company.
I think they will agree with us, that way way too much additional vehicle upkeep cost, and way too much additional legal liability and exposure, exponentially outweigh the relative insignificant rental revenue.
