I'm on a 3060 and Ryzen 5 with 16gb ram and had same problem, crank most things like terrain and detail to max, sounds like it wouldn't work but it worked for me, makes gpu use more.

This game is amazing but lacks 3 things, 1- No hold breath/steady aim function. 2- Players only render till about 700m-800m and at over 900m you are sniping at little pink feet and hands. 3- No F***ING gloves for the Russians!!!!! Please someon make F***ING gloves for the Russians, I usually steal my kills gloves. See ya on the field Brother.
