As its been mentioned by Pete already, on a track this long, a few hundredths every corner adds up by the end of the lap due to the unique nature of the Nordschleife. It's about very small improvements everywhere and grinding the practice to find those small differences in line and pedal inputs.

It definitely seems to be a bit of a rocket in straight line speed at the moment, makes it a good car to race with.
i loose a lot in carusel, lets see if your suggestion will help ☺

My best lap is a 8:10.5 - I'm a 3.5k player, but I just don't know how guys are finding another few seconds still..
if you lose 0.1 in 160 corners that's 16 seconds

You show us a lap guide for a 8:11, but drive 8:06 in races.. Whats the difference there..
