Hello everyone and welcome to my channel! Today we are going to prepare almond-filled croissants! I tried them for the first time in the north of France and I fell in love! They look great! I highly recommend them!
Croissants with Almond Cream
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 croissants
- 100 gr (3 heaping tablespoons) of ground almonds
- 1 egg size L
- 100 gr (5 heaping tablespoons) of sugar
- 30 gr of sliced almonds
- 30 g of butter
- 150 ml of water
- 15 ml of rum
Bake for 15 minutes at 180º

@@recetasdeanechka He buscado esta receta muchisimo, no hay como la que yo quería, unos no te dicen cantidades correctas, otros usan maquinas carísimas y así todos uno tras otro. Hoy me has aparecido tú en la lista y de pronto...💖💖💖 ahí estaba!! la receta perfecta.
