About the bald girl with a hat at 7:58 - 8:00 : she's a girl with cancer who was granted the wish by the Make-A-Wish Foundation to visit the production of her favorite tv show Avatar. When she was there the Avatar team even gave her that cameo in the episode. 🙂 The good news is that she beat cancer. 🙂🙂🙂
In case you don’t know. Leaves from the vine is the last thing Mako ever recorded; he knew he was going to pass away and that was his send off to the character 😢
Every time I almost cry at Iroh's song. How cool the authors made this mini-episode. At the beginning you are having fun and don't suspect anything, and after a few seconds you are almost crying.
I cry every time like a little girl. It is so sad, it informs so much about his every action. Why he is so supportive of Zuko, so empathetic to Fire nation soldiers, helping those Earth kingdom people... All the hidden sadness that is behind almost every spoken line. Some times best way to solve your problems is to help some one else.
@@koki84ji7FR lmao i never understood those people who says "i cried when..." Like, that just sounds so cringe. Getting emotional to the point of CRYING over fictional stuff is ridiculous.
@Zeroreaper0.0 you don't understand nor agree with me. The comment I replied said they almost cried. I don't care if anyone cried but to flex that they almost cried is weird
Iroh's voice actor Mako knew he was dying and that this was going to be his final performance as Iroh, that's why his performance was so much more emotional in this episode. On another note the reason why Zuko didn't kiss Jin is probably because he doesn't want to get involved with her and have to continually lie to her about who he really is.
The show makes it really easy to hate the fire nation but this episode shows that there are good people even in the worst places that punish sympathy and reward cruelty
Man i have seen so many reactions to this episode, irohs story makes me cry everytime especially knowing it was the original voice actors last recording.
May be an unpopular opinion but... when Momo finds Appa's footprint, it breaks me, idk why. Him curling in that mud and then the rain starts falling...

Leaves From the Vine never gets easier :,)
Lindsey sees Toph: "🤨she looks weird"
Lindsey sees girls make fun of Toph: "☹😡 splash water on their face"
If you gathered all the tears I've shed over "Leaves From the Vine" you could turn a stadium into a swimming pool.

weird that Carson didn't knew or mentioned this bit. Maybe he did in the full patreon reaction?
@@Afreshiohe mentioned that Mako died.

Leaves from the vine always hits man
2:00 when they scraped the calluses off tophs feet I bet she saw the world when she stepped on the ground
RIP Mako, the picture of Irohs son is a picure of Mako when he was younger

I'd venture a guess, that you were surprised Iroh's skit was so early in the episode and googled to confirm it.
rip Mako, greatest uncle of all time ^^
Lindsay is going to *LOVE* what's coming next! 🙂

Love the reaction, can I ask what’s up with the HotD little break?
It's a shame he couldn't explain the whole thing with Makos passing. Like the song was the last thing he did as Iroh.
I can’t wait for Lindsey to see the next episode! Is that mean? 😂
Drying appa on a rack 😭😂😂
...and drinking from his horns! 💀
