Question to you Mr ProtoPilot. Is it possible to "lock" or "place above the scenes" a UI element? For example, the phone's status bar and homescreen notch. Something I'm not a fan of is seeing UI elements like that slide in with the entire screen. I'm sure there's a way - maybe you mention in another lesson. Also, as you get more proficient, do you tend to have the entire prototype run in 1 scene? Thanks!
Hey Jon, I know exactly what you mean and no, currently you can't fix elements when using the scene transitions. To accurately mimic a slide in transition for example you would have to create a custom animation. For sure I'll add it to my list of tutorials to create. To use or not to use scenes really depends on how big the prototype is you are building and whether you need custom transitions. Because most tab bars have no animation I would maybe use scenes for each tab. I would then create custom transitions within a tab for slides etc
