I would like to know the ingredients in this so-called pill! And even if it does help, you can't just eat whatever you want. Fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and lentils are your best options. Organic if possible. And I always ask the most high to cleanse my food of any and all toxins. If you want your body to heal, you have to get serious and work hard at it. Will power, that's what it's going to take. You don't have to do it all at once, but you have to start getting rid of the toxic foods as much as possible. And if you have space in your backyard, start your gardens, organic seeds preferably. You can even throw from your scraps, I've got sweet potato, celery and lettuce growing from the leftover stalks. Where there's a will, there's a way. Love always and forever.

I'm 54 now, but I remember my dad bought a juice machine when I was about 4 and he'd juice carrot and apple, apples, and orange. It was so yummy and fresh. My dad was way ahead of health craze. I'm so glad he took the time to prepare healthy food for the family. It was also because my mom got migraines from MSG and certain foods so everything we ate was from scratch. White sugar, or boxed foods were not allowed in the house. As a child I thought we were being punished because all my friends had fun food. However as I look back I am grateful because our family didn't have health issues. Like all our friends.

I can attest that diabetes is reversible. When I started my plant based journey and I wasn’t completely whole food plant based; still eating processed foods and some fruits that may have had some portion of a minimal amount of animal protein such as milk or eggs. However, my blood glucose level just disappeared. It happened almost immediately and it’s been over 2 years now. I wish my high blood pressure was as easy. It’s still a problem and I am now about 95-98 % whole food plant based.

To get rid of pre diabetes and diabetes ,, first take responsibility for your own health , don’t expect anybody, ie anybody in the healthcare field to take over your responsibility to keep you healthy , you have to own your own demise and correct it , second : keep insulin low by not eating foods that trigger an increase in insulin ,IE sugars , processed foods , carbohydrates are sugars this includes pastas , rice , breads , all grains will cause an increase in insulin and inflammation . Next eat animal proteins ie red meats , chicken , fish , pork , Turkey ,, but red meat is best , increase your daily protein consumption ie 0.75gram / lb of body weight this will help you build muscle which people lose as they age , this will also cause more insulin sensitivity in liver and muscle , do resistance training , lift as heavy as tolerated and keep titrating the weight up so you can build more muscle to do the work , weight training ( heavy) has so many benefits other than just building muscle ie increase bone density , increase GH and IGF which are needed to offset fat deposition . For cardio need to do sprints, short distances , not walking , walking is good for relaxation and does increase blood circulation nothing g wrong with it , but you need to increase your VO2 which is the amount of oxygen you can generate under extreme conditions which will enable you to not get fatigued as you age , it will also stimulate muscle protein , and increase your insulin sensitivity which will prevent diabetes Remember there is no magic pill or potion to offset disease. It’s discipline, diet , and knowledge . Nobody that does the minimal amount of work ie casual walking on a treadmill is really doing much good , you need to do the work !! Eat well , lift heavy , and do sprints you will not regret it !!! Treat your body like an athlete does … A good way to gradually change your diet is fasting and keto/ carnivore these are extremely healing for chronic disease .

Agreed. This is not genuine. She needs to be warned about this. I’ve noticed a few other videos using a voice that is not quite right. Like an Ai voice. The accent wasn’t correct.
