I agree! One pet peeve for me is witnesses only answering yes to cross questions. Even when the witness is not on our side it still bugs me! Another is when an opposing attorney tells my witness to only answer yes and no on a cross, and then interrupting my witness when they try to explain their answer!!! AHHHH!!!!
