Hey mate cheers for the inside look. I know it’s been a while since you filmed this but I’m interested to know if their new way of building ‘inside/out’ rather than ‘outside/in’ was going to be implemented across the board for all Vans? And if they knew when it was going to come in? We have a Van being built next month and hoping the new inside out is going to be used. Looks like much less things to go wrong as it’ll be easier to put together and also the Channelling for the wires etc looks much better. Cheers for any info 👍
Love your videos, especially because you are down to earth and tell it as it is. As you may be aware there is a big debate out there amongst van owners and van retailers regarding van construction. The more traditional wood, aluminium vs full compensate lighter weight vans. I would be interested why you went down the more traditional path. I'm attempting to sort out the facts from all of the sales hype. Perhaps you could address this subject in a future video. Many thanks in advance.
To be honest it is like Apple v Samsung when it all comes down to it. I think it is a personal choice on what way you go. It is probably splitting hairs. There is a new product comming out in the immediate future but I can't say what it is. It will be lighter and stronger and the way to go. I chose wood as if damaged you can replace a section but with aluminium you need to replace the whole side. Aluminium is more ridgid and has no give. The other reason was JB didn't have a choice. I wanted a JB van. Regards Dave 🍻
Has been great watching the process, they really are under the pump, Just Brilliant !
Thanks you two, appreciate you taking the time to give us the vid. Thumbs up to the JB Team too.
Thanks Russell our pleasure, it was fascinating to see 🍻

No worries happy to help and share our adventures 🍻
Interesting to see behind the scenes. How long does it usually take once it’s on the production line?
Was very interesting 7 to 9 days. 🍻
