What Causes us wake up before 3am, after 3am, or at 3am?

    Midnight-12am is just that, the middle of the night. Therefore if we go to bed at 11pm or after we are going to sleep just before the middle of the night. If we got to bed at 8-9pm then if we wake up at 3am we have had at least 7hrs sleep.

    I can not believe it ‘ you have described my situation to a tee when you described those ailments like deep tissue and such like - no one else has been so on point. What is that answer to liver

    I'm like that since I was a child. I see things I don't understand. I can tell what people thinks sometimes. I can tell if it's going to rain. Even its sunny. I can tell if we're having a visitor coming.
    I treated sick people before but I stopped thought it was from dark side gifts.

    I wake up around 3 am sweating, then cool down take hours before back to sleep

    If everyday when i take hot things at night i get nighfall at 3:30 daily. Is that mean lungs qi deficiency or urinary bladder deficiency?

    Dont have sleep problem have a people problem. I'd some assholes wake up at 2:30 id gone to bed at 11:40. Im 33 kilo. Never gonna gain a pound from the lack of sleep. Grabbed some energy drinks yelled at them and shut the door. Im not gonna be sad if the low weight kills me as its exhausting at this point. I also had one seizure this year so people need to be reasonable.

    I think I wake at 4.30 every morning because of hay fever, I can’t breathe well through my nose in summer
