Few notes from a budokai tenkaichi nerd
That blue bar on the side is blast stock, you need it to use buff/status and sometimes certain abilities (saiyan soul, afterimage strike, and instant transmission) and it is used to transform, it uses the amount porportional, so since he skipped ssjg and went straight to blue he used 2
Blast stock are also used to enter max power mode, giving you access to both your ultimate and enhancing your combo strings on some characters, that's what that stage darkening was when vegeta and Goku's ki bars changed, which as you can see drains overtime but you can use any attack with it once as long as it is still there, even if it is almost gone
Finally, blast is just a damage buff for doing the button prompt shown, it let's you get decent damage even if you don't charge up a beam as well as buffing rush & blast moves
Meant boost not blast, brain bad
Of course this is all assuming it works the same as it did in the Budokai Tenkaichi games, there might be new changes introduced, but like they were saying it seems to be the same core gameplay with new additions

As much as I want it to be released, I'm hoping they take their time with this game. Far too many games these days being rushed out 😭
Animations look slightly stiff, they charging could be a bit more exaggerated, same as the animation when taking damage. Voice acting needs work as well, they sound like the VAs weren't every exited to make them. One thing I want to hear is that echo that dbs had when goku said Kamehameha because it sounded so cool. But the moves themselves look good. Cant wait for release.
