I appreciate you showing this idea without the use of a meat grinder, since most people don’t have one. How would you do this without the deli slicer or the press? As in, Only using common kitchen equipment.
I would probably roll it like you would compound butter then after cooking it freeze it. So it holds it's shape and is easier to cut with a kitchen knife.
