Even if you travel to other parts of indonesia, you will find a very different local dialects. :) I hope for the admin for taking any places in indonesia just for describing the diversity of indonesian dialects influenced by the local language surrounding. :)

      Standard Indonesian is the easiest language on earth. Its spelling is Germanic. Its pronunciation is very simple. However, only newsreaders, preachers, ministers and the president speak it. In reality, Indonesians speak their own dialects. Therefore, I suggest that you learn two languages at the same time: Standard Indonesian (the educated type of Indonesian) and the dialect of Jakarta (the uneducated type of Indonesian).

    I just love how similar Indonesian boys visually look like my country Burmese (Myanmar) boys to me I mean pure Burmese (Bamar) guys to me I mean tanned skinned native SE Asian look etc. My cousin brother is married to an Indonesian woman and has a beautiful daughter with her. He has lived in Indonesia for many years and can speak / understand Bahasa Indonesian fluently. Currently working/living in Netherlands though. I have been listening to Indonesian music lately and wish to visit too someday. Off point but I love Indo-Mie too :'). Love you guys Indonesians (A fellow SE Asian from London) 💕

      Thank you so much for appreciate one of our best product (i know it taste bussin' especially if you eat it with hot rice hahaha😉) if you like rock songs, try listening to the band "Sheila on 7" and "Dewa19" they are two legendary rock bands in Indonesia and many Indonesians like them because they make a lot of songs that sound catchy, but if you prefer to listen to pop, try listening to "HIVI" because their melody sounds so happy and gives a positive vibe, I hope your cousin is always happy with his partner and I hope you can also visit Indonesia one day, I hope you are always given good health and I wish you a lucky life in London. Greetings from your Indonesian friend to my beloved Myanmar friend:)

    • @callmez55
      @callmez55 Рік тому

      It's not formal tho 😆 but I think he wanted to be more friendly wkwk
      I think the interviewer mix between standard and casual Indonesian like I'm used to. Gak (instead of tidak) is more of casual rather than formal but it's sound more natural and friendly.

    Hm, Jakarta (and so are many regions in Indonesia) is composed of people from many regions, ethnicities, sub-cultures, and sub-languages thus resulting in different accents from Jakarta (the modern, city-like accent), Javanese, Manado/Ambon, Papua, Padang, and hundreds more. Therefore the Indonesian language can be spoken in many different accents, foreign accents (American/English to Indonesian, or Malaysian to Indonesian) are also very common here. Just a small insight on Bahasa Indonesia.

    Kalo judulnya Easy Indonesian, apalagi episode 1, kayanya ini terlalu rumit utk disebut "easy", harusnya seperti bahasa2 lain, dimulai sama "basic phrases".

    • @19prams
      @19prams 7 років тому +1

      "Easy Language" series, easy Spanish, German, French dll. memang konsepnya begitu. Real street language. Coba lihat deh seri dlm bhs lain, sama. Easy German, ngomongnya juga cepet. Kalau mau yg basic phrase ya di buku teks aja belajarnya. Ini berbeda. Real language.

    • @chaserbaamalch757
      @chaserbaamalch757 7 років тому

      Saya dah compare di bahasa lain. Memang konsepnya real street jg. Bukan soal cepet lambatnya, tp frasa yg dipakainya, bahasa lain sama itu2 aja, tp pas yg ini beda banget.
