I recently purchased one of the polishers you recommended, but I've yet to actually use it for its intended purpose. Straight out of the box, the noise it produced was shockingly loud, akin to the sounds of an ancient tractor, which was starkly different from the much quieter operation depicted in your video. Additionally, I was a bit disappointed to find that the polishing head seemed disproportionately small for use on an SUV, contrary to what I had anticipated.
I purchased the Batoca S4 a few days ago from Amazon. I was highly disappointed, especially after watching the UA-cam influencers saying that this was good. I had an important paint correction job to complete on my car, and job where I had removed my front bumper. I purchased this for next day delivery, expecting it to perform as stated on the Batoca adverts and videos, also the UA-cam influencer videos. I ended up without a car for three days due to the Batoca S4 not performing as shown in the Batoca videos. I'm not sure if I received a faulty unit? I tried to contact Batoca via email and their webpage, but I have received no answers to my correspondence. I expected Batoca"s customer service and responses to be better. I had placed my trust in Batoca and their products, especially after seeing their videos and the influencer videos. I feel let down by the Batoca S4 and by Batoca as Batoca did not even reply to any of my correspondence and questions. This stalled out on all settings and when using all the supplied attachments.
@@davegalloway7531 Did you use the 3mm eccentric or the 12 mm orbital adapter? The 3mm eccentric is only made for the 1 inch plate, also you can’t use the rotary adapter with the 3 inch plate. Even a Flex PXE 80 will stall if you use the 3mm adapter on plates larger than 1 inch. However, if your machine stalls when you're using the 12 mm adapter, it must be faulty, because this shouldn't happen.
