Is this not a loop? It seems like it might be a performance art piece about how it feels to constantly present a fake version of yourself to others. Her facial expressions are only "allowed" the slightest variation from a beaming smile, while the hands need to remain an exact distance from the table. So the act of constantly presenting a fake version of yourself starts to feel like an interrogator's stress position. The fatigue is the point of the piece. It could be interpeted as "complaining about fame," but it could also be about the stress and anxiety of being a people-pleaser, or really anyone who feels compelled to present a fake, curated version of themselves for any reason.
Or maybe I'm wrong and it's just a loop 😜

The title echoes Bjork's "Big Time Sensuality" and the music echoes her "Army of Me." But of St. Vincent herself there is still no sign. I don't get why she's such a critic's darling. Getting Dave Grohl on the album does make it sound better, though.
