You’re exactly right - if you’re buying it second hand, you expect some imperfections - but since it was brand new and you paid top dollar they should have replaced, corrected or decreased the price. Remember, only you should stand up for yourself!
I miss country stores. We used to have them but not anymore. Don't get me wrong I like Walmart, Kroger and the other big chain stores but when you don't want to deal with a large crowd of people. A small country store was perfect.
