But I will fight if you move first” and Cal, being smart, probably knows all about Boba and his reputation with being a fighter, and decides to make a potential ally, rather than an enemy, and Boba…likely perplexed, but happy that he doesn’t have to fight over his target *again*… but you *know* Boba’s gonna be keeping an eye on Cal after this 😄

During the standoff he was a in a ready stance focusing towards cage and didn't even flicker his eyes towards Boba, after cage was captured he entered another defensive stance but it wasn't one of hostility but one of readiness from the surprise and fast action but quickly relaxed. Very good body language acting by Cal's actor
It's so easy to love Boba, his professionalism in everything he does and his cold but honest mannerisms makes all the interactions a pleasure to watch. The sincerity in his contempt for jedi is outweighed only by his standards. A truly respectable villain.
It's cool to see him acting differently from Jango too. His father felt so classy and talkative but Boba just feels like a straight-up predator hunting.
Its weird how nobody is pointing out how Dee Bradley Baker voiced the clones in the first game during the order 66 flashback while now we have Temuera Morrison voicing boba in the 2nd as his character, don't think we've seen the 2 VA's contribute to the same game before with their clone voices. (besides battlefront 2 I think)
Dee Bradley Baker is iconic for the clones in games and animated TV shows. Temuera Morrison is better for doing live-action clones and is well-known for voicing Jango Fett and Boba Fett. If he didn't voice Boba Fett, it may be more disappointing to fans especially due to not appearing in Mandalorian Season 3.

I love that they got Temuera Morrison to do the voice. However, Boba Fett is supposed to be like 25 years old here. Temuara is and sounds like a 60 year old man. I think in this case it would've been a better choice to get Dee Bradley Baker, who despite also being 60, can actually pull off a younger-sounding voice.
Temuera always sounded older. You only need to check out his other work from years ago to see that. He's always had a gruff mature voice. A lot of Maori blokes do. Dee Bradley Baker is also 60 and does not sound young, he also sounds mature, especially Rex and Hunter in Bad Batch and the clones he is voicing are also in their 20's physically. So you can kinda see Boba has always had older guys voicing him. In no way is it the same as say Freddie prince jr voicing a young teenage Kanan. More like an instinctual Jango response. I think we can sometimes forget while they may be individuals to a fair extent, they're all still actually the same guy.
I can’t lie, Caijs character was pretty fun. The whole side quest of bounty hunting was truly a fun thing they added.

I love that they got Temuera Morrison to do the voice. However, Boba Fett is supposed to be like 25 years old here. Temuara is and sounds like a 60 year old man.
I think in this case it would've been a better choice to get Dee Bradley Baker, who despite also being 60, can actually pull off a younger-sounding voice.

Temuera always sounded older. You only need to check out his other work from years ago to see that. He's always had a gruff mature voice. A lot of Maori blokes do. Also, I really don't agree with your comment. Jason Wingreen was also in his 60's voicing Boba when he was like 30. Dee Bradley Baker is also 60 and does not sound young, he also sounds mature, especially Rex and Hunter in Bad Batch and the clones he is voicing are also in their 20's physically. So you can kinda see Boba has always had older guys voicing him. In no way is it the same as say Freddie prince jr voicing a young teenage Kanan. This fandom always finds something to bitch about, if it were Logan voicing people would be bitching his voice still sounds high pitched and not manly enough. If the character was meant to be a teenager I'd agree with you, but 20's is in fact an ADULT and some blokes can in fact sound more mature.
