year later lol i added one more egg and a teaspoon and a half of water to the batter 50 ml less milk and let batter get to room temp before pouring in with the sausage/bacon heated greased pan with the sausage then poured batter in and baked much better product and yes its like yorkshire then just sayin lol
Nutmeg, Parsley, Bacon, never known it and I'm a Yorkshire Lad. Heat the oil in the big baking pan till smoking then add the hot browned sausages, pour the batter, don't open the door until risen. 🙄
