Hello, dear friends! I'm sharing a new recipe of the vegetable salad if you want to lose weight. This is a vitamin bomb as well. Beetroots, carrots and nuts contain a lot of vitamins! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3 Beetroots.
2 Carrots.
1 red onion.
Olive oil.
1 tsp ginger powder.
1 tsp garlic powder.
1 tsp dried parsley.
Walnuts.
Salt.
Black pepper.
some water.
- Cook for 15 minutes with low heat.

Я делаю с лимонным соусом. Варёную свеклу потереть, лук предварительно поджарить.потом все в кастрюлю и с маслом и лимонным соком немного потушить. Очень вкусно.
