He is an Aquarius ascendant and he has been going through Rahu Mahadasha since July 2013. Rahu is placed in the 4th house and its dispositor (Venus) is placed in the 8th along with Moon.
4th house represents happiness, confidence, immovable properties, home, motherland, mother, vehicles, education etc.
Rahu is an aberrant energy. Rahu is all about obsession, desire, foreign elements, illusion etc.
When it goes into the 4th house, it shows that the native has an obsession with 4th house matters. He is obsessed with home, properties or vehicles.
