Fanta is the sweetest, little baby ever. Her Daddy handles her so tenderly and lovingly with so much care. It is good that Saranga gets her share of rubs and pats while they are interacting with Fanta. That way there can be no room for jealously. Animals can feel left out of attention. I like seeing the both of them do that with Saranga. This is the sweetest, loving and calm family on UTube. Love you.👶🐶👩😎

Aisha, it looks like Fanta is taking well to the solid foods! Introducing babies to solid food is the key for them sleeping longer, than just on milk/liquids! One great way to say time for preparing solid foods, is to prepare them for the whole week. Use ice cube trays/ or small containers (that can be placed in the freezer) and take out daily the amount you will use for each day. Label the trays and containers. The same method women use for storing breast milk,. This way when you have to leave the house and your husband is there with Fanta, it will be so much easier for him to feed her. Blessed Sunday!

I absolutely believe in making your own baby food. You know what’s in it and that it is healthy and safe for you most precious child.
To add flavor to her meals make broth from vegetables and use it instead of adding water when making her foods.
Purée ripe fresh fruits like bananas, apricots, apples, peaches for her dessert.
You can prep them and freeze them, so you don’t have to make them everyday.

I use to make my own baby food too. So much better for baby and mommy. Lol. Picked Sunday or Monday to make food for the week. Routine is key. She's going to be a little mover...enjoy every moment, goes to quickly. 💜💜💜

Hi Aisha, I always prepared my son’s food ahead as well. I would blend them and put them in ice cubes trays and freeze them. I made several different trays of veggies and meats. I would take out what I would be giving him for the day each morning. This worked so well for me. She is so enjoying her food. ❤

I have always loved pumpkins since I was a baby!!! even now, I still eat them including the green part. so healthy and nutritious!

You can put some milk formula mixed with your potatoes or pumpkin too. This is now that you build the palate of your child. Fanta smells the food you are cooking and her taste buds are operational. Sometimes you can put your clean finger in a salty or sweet sauce and put it on her lips or mouth to see her reaction and slowly train her to a new taste. When she will started her teeth the best vegetable to bite on it will be fresh corn.

You can use small bites of meat and boil with vegetables then use the soup to blend with the veggies. She can get more nutrients

If you’re looking for baby food ideas try a UA-camr named Roha. Her baby is about 1 1/2 now but she posted lots of things she was doing to make baby food. She even posts what I think is the recipes she’s following. She’s in Busan so the stuff she uses are all things you can find in SK. ☺️

I used to make up my baby’s food maybe 3 times a week and put it in the those freezer ice cube trays. I would add everything from potato, pumpkin, zucchini, spinach, meat, fish, avocado. I would also give her a spoon of her own as I was feeding her, it’s good for her to have a play but at the same time also learning for herself. Fanta, you are adorable 😁 enjoy these special moments as they grow so fast.

Regarding baby food, what we did that was very helpful is we used frozen veggies. We would warm them in a bit of water and then we’d use our blender to break down the food. I would cook apples and blend those for apple sauce. You could bake or boil sweet potatoes and process them like you do the pumpkins. You could combine the apple sauce with with spinach, regular potatoes or another savory root veggie. You look like you’re doing great though. It’s wonderful that you’re establishing a routine for Fanta and yourselves.

J’avais acheté le baby cook sur Vertbaudet ( je ne sais pas si cela existe toujours ) . Cet appareil me permettait de préparer des petits pots de légumes frais pour tous les jours . C’était génial car mes enfants n’ont jamais mangé de petits pots industriels. Je vous aime beaucoup tous les 3 ❤❤❤
