I love you all. Thanks for being so chill while I took a little UA-cam Break :-D
Requesting the programming video first plz!
Thank you for making content that can progress my career.
You've helped me get my first Sys Admin job and now you're continuing to provide more free resources to help myself and others take the next step in our careers, thank you sir.
He helped me keep my server support job after landing it!
Just got an offer for a devops co-op position after watching this whole series! THANKS!
Congratulations! Good luck and have fun!
@tutorialLinux thanks for comming back with a amazing topic.
Thank you and welcome back I'm always looking forward to your videos.
Looking forward to this series!
Big up... I've just found your channel and it's got good stuff.... Keep it up.
Damn, really looking forward to this series.
Eager to watch the upcoming content
Got an interview tomorrow. Thanks. Now I feel that I've the baseline for it. Will tackle the tough ones on my own. Boosted my confidence a little. :)
How did it go!?
@@tutoriaLinux Well, the interview went pretty fine, for around 50-55 min. But they didn't select me due to "lack of hands-on experience". :') I wonder how much experience do we need for fresher jobs.
Hey, sorry to hear it but that’s good experience. If you can, get some feedback on which skills you were weak on. That can be tremendously useful. Getting your first job can be exhausting, but after that it gets easier!
Awesome! Can't wait for the next video...

Oh my god it's Dave.
Tnx for this guide !
Can you start series on various cloud providers to start AWS in depth for preparing for certifications kinda course from zero to master maybe paid also on udemy or UA-cam whatever you like, it will damn helpful cause like the way you Teach.
Welcome Back!
Already working as a Devops Engineer primarily focused on CD Pipelines, Cloud Foundry and containers, but I want to get a wider view since the field is gettings so large :)
Thank you for the series in advance.
Can you give me your email to reach you. I have some questions I want to ask you.
@@sammiebeeyah8070 Just ask away. No need for emails.
@@T.P.87 what are the particular skills they seek in a entry level devops role. I know enough linux I think , Jenkins , Docker , Ansible ,shell and python scripting... I need to cover cloud ... what else is required because I think I am focusing more on tooling rather than the practice .
I’m so so nervous for my interview, will let you know how it goes here!
How did it go?
@iPlay Updates?
Do you have any videos on networking?
thanks!
Where is the series for this? Cant find it :(
sub'd good stuff and clear
how you prepare notes, example for Terraform, ansible , you read books and video and write down notes or just read question and answer from internet
waiting for your replay
I don’t really take notes on tech subjects unless it’s purely theoretical (like a CS course). If you want to learn something you generally have to use the tools - use terraform to create real infrastructure, write code and use git to manage changes, etc. I have never seen anyone get skills by reading about tech or memorizing interview questions online :-(.
When are you going to start the series!!!?
Relax, buddy :-D. The nontechnical stuff is just as important as the Linux factlets.
Database development is major in dev ops
Got an interview in 21 hour wish me luck
How did the interview go!??
@@tutoriaLinux sorry for the late reply haha, the interview went very well and I got the job! thank you very much! this video is a very good insight
Please help me with a file to study on
I found hard to move from mid software engineer to DevOps, they want senior DevOps people :/
When is the series coming up!!
I'll be releasing 2 videos per week for the next several weeks.
What about CI/CD stuff?
Yep, definitely a part of it. If you have any good questions, let me know. For now I've slotted the CI/CD tools under the very very general "automation tools" section, but with enough solid general, non-tool-specific questions I could be persuaded to give CI/CD its own section.
Wait your alive?!
Hey, good to see you're still here :-D. Yeah, I kinda burned out on the YT thing last year and had to recharge my batteries a bit. I'm trying to come back strong tho!
@@tutoriaLinux I get it man no worries hope you and the family are well mate
