What do you think of Citroen's first product for India, the C5 Aircross? Would you pick it over the Hyundai Tucson? We would love to know what you think in the comments below!
Citroen had an excellent opportunity to introduce their 1st product with an attractive price tag. But .. let's wait for the sub 4m SUV. I don't think they intend to big numbers, however establish there presence as a European carmaker known for its space and comfort. I guess ppl who buy C5 would swear by its comfort ride quality and that word of mouth will rile up the numbers for the sub4m.
Jeep Compass!!! That is the main rival! Diesel engine, FWD option, Updated interiors! Fits right in the price bracket! Why is no one talking about it! I know PSA and FCA have collaborated but still!
Would definitely pick C5 Aircross. It looks comfortable & pretty sure that it feels comfortable too. The rear seat pattern totally makes sense to me. I loved the 3 Bucket seats. It is truly French. Elegant, Comfortable, Neatly designed.

Honestly I love d C5 ... HV been waiting for it fr ages🔥🔥..so does I am eager for the new Tucson to launch in India... Personally I wouldn't go with a diesel mill at dis tym because future proofing is a huge concern... Jst hoping Citroen India to launch a petrol variant soon.
Hold on a second! Did we forget about the brand new Jeep Compass!? In fact, Tucson is even more cheaper than a compass and the compass fits right in this price bracket! What just happened!
Great car but hardly any buyers in that segment. People usually buy a harrier ,jeep compass or hector which is a few lakhs cheaper or spend a little more and buy a ford endeavour, vw Tiguan , or Toyota Fortuner.
Looks alone are worth a million bucks. The Carpet Ride Quality and the Engine Gearbox combo also seem fantastic. Still feel they should have priced it between 25-30 lacs.

If the price is 28-30 lacs then its quite expensive, it should be between 22-24 max as several features are missing such as ventilated seats, 360 camera, fully electric driver seat, electric co-driver seat, wireless charging because other then these features all other features are basic features which are available in 15 lacs car as well... infect more features we get in other smaller cars...

This car is a good 300mm wider than the compass.. Let that sink in. In any case, none of the above would interest me, Xuv5OO nect gen is where the value is.
@@GiGaChadAF my two cents for a XUV 500 top end variant with ADAS Level 2 and 4x4 will be maxing out at 35 Lakhs.(on road prices) And 4x4 will be offered only on top end 😉. It’s no cheap ! But we shall revisit here in few months to see if it’s right 🤞

Mercedes for masses
At 30+ lakhs I'm not sure what masses this is for.
At 30 is it viable

Compass is conspicuous by its lack of mention. Was that Citroën PR speaking?
Where the Jeep compass price ends the C5 starts. Compass tops up at ₹25 lakh right? And this is estimated to start at the same price.
