This happened in our area (Madyan). I was with my cousins and we were spectating from a distance. It started out with a man complaining to the locals in the market and to the police that a man burnt the Quran in his hotel upon which the police arrested him but word spread around quickly and it was being announced in the Masjids as well that a man accused of burning the Quran was held by the police and soon a huge mob of more than 100 individuals came to the police station. The mob burned the police station, the cars, they even threatened other tourists with burning if they were perceived to be “Punjabi” since this man was from Sialkot Punjab. My relatives warned the tourists not to go out in pants and shirts and gave them qameez to wear since they were at risk of being perceived as “Punjabi”. They were chanting “Allahu Akbar” and “La Ilaha illalah” while kicking him and burning him alive. One guy even plunged a rod into his forehead. A lot of people celebrated it online thinking it was a good thing they did, but the videos were horrific and highly traumatizing. Some of the elders, like my father were furious about the incident when it was discussed in the Masjid. Up till now, there is no evidence provided by anyone that the Quran was burnt. Except for a few writings that looked like they were written by a child or someone must’ve intentionally did that due to personal grudges with the man. The police are opening an investigation into the incident, they filed FIR’s. Some of my relatives were involved as well, up till now I don’t know if any arrests were made, all I know, is I’m completely traumatized.
.....it's always good to read ,memorise ,recite Koran and Hadeej ....but dangerous to understand them in real sense ... Never try to Understand Koran or Hadeej .....for Koran and Hadeej will leave you for ever ...its the practical DAWA !
