I especially appreciated the calm way you approached the shifts in your initial plans for the day. Like how you initially planned to walk earlier but work unfolded in a way that meant you would take your walk at dusk instead. And that was perfectly ok. You didn’t stress about it. As someone whose job still requires remote work, It was really nice to see that.
Will add that I also loved the videos you have with your mother and would love to hear more about nutrition for women over 40 and if there is a nutritional way to prepare for menopause (or for peri menopause)
I love the balance in your videos. No guilt about snacking and really listening to your body

I wake up at 9ish too!:) your walk made me blubber a little …So many lovely memories of Montmartre too when I lived in Paris. And I really love watching how well-scheduled your day pans out….in a calm manner and most importantly not in a frenzy hustle that is glorified in some other cultures. I look at Washing the dishes as one of my taking a break moments too:)
I always forget to drink water, I think the idea to have it in the morning and with every meal is very good, will try this out 😀

I love this style of video so much. Looks like you are no longer living with your parents! I'd love to see a video about your budget in Paris. I live in NYC--an expensive city. I'm a teacher :) So jealous to see someone waking up at 9:30 when I have to get up 6:30am each day! Loved seeing what you eat and the flow of your day. I appreciate your relaxed vibe when it comes to the food you eat. Comforting and affirming! Looking forward to more of these videos because they inspire me!
Your life is glamorous. I’m envious that you left to get dinner at 8:30 and returned at almost 2 in the morning. American lifestyle is boring when it comes to dinner with friends! We’re practically geriatric with when we eat and go to to bed 🫣
The older we get, the more people are unwilling to be out late and its SO BORING

This goes back sometime I must say, but my own research into the nutritional value of fruit was really reinforced by your videos of some time ago and so they have a big place in my diet. Thank you. A diversity of nuts as part of my eating is also important - great snacks too - have you spoken about nuts in the past? I must say there have been many gaps over time in my viewing of your videos.
