Is there any real life fighting function with this kick? Compared to Yoko-Geri Kekomi this is much weaker kick and if you are really gonna kick someone you want to kick with full power. In some cases it might be "justified" to give a warning kick amd then full power kick if warning doesnt do its job.... and yes if you kick to the neck with this kick it can kill easily.
