Portland Lockdown Walk to South Waterfront 2020 4K

A walk starting from Hawthorne Bridge, through the Riverplace Esplanade to the South Waterfront area.
During the walk my recorder ran out of batteries at 8:30 and I did not notice until after I had completed the walk. So after 8:30 the sound will be from the microphone on the camera. So there will be a drop in audio quality.
