Especially If you get into digging up stuff with your therapist that you didn't know you had burried deep inside of you. It takes time, patience and effort.

      Therapy is a scam designed to take your money, get you addicted to drugs, and gaslight you into thinking your problems are your fault or your dad's fault so you ignore the real problem. You're not sick, you live in a sick world, and being "well-adjusted" to that is no measure of health.
