I too have over reduced my paints! They seem to have lost all of their adhesion, they are mid range Acrylic paints and advice would be gratefully received. Your lure has got to be a winner. "BIG THUMB'S UP ALL DAY LONG"👍😷👍🏴
I reduce everything, the key then turns to your air pressure, the more you reduce the less pressure you can spray, I have a lot less issues with the airbrush clogging by reducing my paints, as painters we miss this a lot. Hope the video helps you, thanks
@@customlurepainter Thank you Frank for your speedy reply. I'm really new to airbrushing and find it more difficult than I thought it would be lol. I'm currently working at 35 on the pressure gauge I'm going to take your advice and knock it down I'll try at 10 and work upwards until I find a happy medium. The paint is thin so I'm having to paint in layer's and drying between the layer's just having problems with the paint running and making splatter marks! But I'm finding it difficult taking the decorating tape off without it taking off the paint! Is this because of it be over reduced and lost it's adhesion? I've been told to put a drop or two of waterproof PVA GLUE in each bottle to replace the adhesion. Fingers crossed I'm going to try out your advice later this week as I'm in hospital right now! Testing on white plastic spoons before I try it out on my lures. Thanks once again I really appreciate your advice, I'm always watching your videos and learning loads along the way. Take care my friend.
For having painters block to turned out really cool! Those eyes really made the bait pop! Also thanks for going through the paints and stencils at the end helps tons!
I’ve done some Holographic lures, I had inks on hand, they turned out good, less is definitely more in painting them. I like the paint scheme, here in SC we have lots of clear water and sunshine, a good recipe for that bait!

Does the 4050 UVLS serve as a bleed checker when using candies and non candies together?
It’s a medium that you use with the candys and regular paints, and a paint protector, they make a bleed checker, it does help
Do you sell them ?
