This family is very dysfunctional the parents did a horrible job. Watch the show you will see. This woman wants nothing to do with the family just like most of the other kid. Jesus brings peace but when it’s a dysfunctional relationship with him the enemy has you not God.

It is hard to explain their Christianity. They are divorcing, do not celebrate Christmas (not meaning just the gift giving), are isolated, and unable. Hosanna escaped (thank God) and the rest have catching up to do.

Just saw the first episode of plathville and i think the kids are well adjusted for living such a sheltered life. Parents are pretty strict but i think being raised the way they were will just make them become better adults and one day loving parents to their own children. Mom and dad they will be just fine in the outside world. Its not as bad as you think as long as they aware of what goes on around them.

Not as beautiful as you think. Mom is divorcing the dad, mom asked the kids to leave the house when they started questioning their lifestyle. So the 3 oldest girls and two oldest boys left the house on their own. Watch the series each, they looked perfect to everyone, all the while problems kept coming. The biggest surprise was when mom moved out, leaving the dad and 16 year old sister behind to do all cooking, cleaning etc.

Moriah Plath looks like a street walker. So disappointed in this family. They are all leaving the narrow road and walking along the evil road. Kim Plath get over yourself. You have 5 kids still at home and you are never there. We all go through hard times but you are doing a 360 like your kids. Hosannah is the only sane true Christian left. Even Lydia is straying. Man this makes me sad. TLC has destroyed this family's values. Well, Olivia started it and then TLC perfected it.
