These guys come across so well. Seem humble, grounded and not too up themselves, when they easily could be. Like how they listen well and answer articulately. 👍
They are a great band and indeed seem grounded however... Listening well is a basic decency and politeness, it's not something to praise. Articulating well is a sign of intelligence not humility. Secondly, some of them barely hide their boredom and impatience with the interview - which I get it, it's tiresome - but it's also part of their job. Some of those answers were a bit pompous too, like with most artists.
My favorite active band on Earth. I was front row center for their first ever USA show in Boston, and they gave me a White Men Are Black Men Too shirt. I told them they had a true Iggy Pop energy ❤️ I actually think they might remember me. Incredibly cool people. It's awesome to hear them talk about playing arenas when i saw rhem in a Boston basement place. Im so lucky. And I'll say again- these guys are FUCKING COOL PEOPLE
