That Is Fugro Track monitoring system. Apparently it can pick up defects on the railway line. Which maybe be picked in time encase any major issues may unfold. This was Used on the FNL as i seen it there and changing ends Its Hooked up to laptops eta. In wick. And change ends for thurso too quite an intreasting bit of kit as i spoke to one of the guys who sits in the train as he says thats what it's doing. And hole Scottish Network was being Done!
