Remember when we sold used heavy equipment & Dump Trucks, we replaced them with new equipment when the warranty was ready to expire, and everybody who seemed to purchase never extended the warranty and then called to complain AS IS MEANS AS IS! Unfortunately there are customers like that in every type of business these days. It’s hard not to let it bother you or take it personally, especially when you do your best to do the right thing from the start. I can and certainly will vouch for you and your crew. I have purchased multiple vehicles from Davis Auto and you are absolutely a straight shooter. My deals were never rushed or pressured and you and your team did everything you said you would do when you said you would do it. There is certainly more to this story than the customer is telling you. Just keep doing what you do!
Sounds like the scam I’ve heard that certain types of women have a fancy formal event to attend and they go out and buy a $1500 dress and then return it! 😂
By the sounds of it, you guys were honest and up front with the odds and ends that were problems or potential problems. This is one of those customers that I know everything and you guys know nothing mentality. Now maybe and I just mean maybe if the truck came back with 5 to 10 miles more than what it was sold with a person could say okay I'm not cut out for this truck but 4000 miles that's over kill. Now this is just me but I would have said sorry as per the bill of sale sold AS IS you my friend own the truck . You stepped up and took care of the dead beat. I applaud you for having more integrity than the dead beat. Keep up the great work. In the near future I'm hoping to work with you on a square body.

💪💪 we try to be overly descriptive things are used and do break but this is exactly as you said they bought the wrong vehicle and had no clue about upkeep and maintenance
You are correct it’s a scary thought to think someone this un knowledgeable would’ve been carrying a car on the back right beside you in traffic, but I guess everyone has to start somewhere
Did they not have a clue of what they were doing , or did you get scammed here ? As in they used your truck to haul a pair of cars back to Colorado for the cost of fuel , then return the truck .
There’s no return policy. It’s their truck. We are completely paid. Really not sure what their thought was or whether they’re just gonna default the bank time will tell.
