I follow a similar route but do add water during the turn?

It was still plenty wet from when I made it, and we have gotten a fair bit of rain over the past few weeks. I just flipped it again this morning and it was still plenty wet, so I still didn't have to add any. last year I had to add water every time I flipped the compost.
