    Have to come to Canberra! Lake Tuggeranong holds some absolute giants. My biggest is 8kg and the biggest out of there was 14!

    G'day Robbie, wow there are some huge carp in
    that water and that one with the missing gill plate is strange, I just watched Hawkesy fishing's latest vid and he caught a cod with the same thing, very strange indeed.

    Hi Robbie. I’m considering stocking my dam with natives and would like to have the dam cleared of carp beforehand; do you have any ideas how to manage this? My kids suggested setting a ton of lines with circle hooks over a few months but I’m concerned that I will catch tortoises and platypus; I don’t want to remove anything but the carp.

      Thanks Cam. I find in the winter months that I catch a lot more corn on corn than I do worms, but this time of the year worms seem to work best. I have no idea why that is. LOL

    That’s a massive carp I think my biggest ever fish was 75 cm carp but it was much fatter
