G'day Robbie, wow there are some huge carp in that water and that one with the missing gill plate is strange, I just watched Hawkesy fishing's latest vid and he caught a cod with the same thing, very strange indeed. Cheers.
Hey Robbie. Looked like that carp had "carp herpes virus"! Love your videos. Everytime I sit down to write uni essays I always find myself on your channel going through old content. Love your work mate
Hi Robbie. I’m considering stocking my dam with natives and would like to have the dam cleared of carp beforehand; do you have any ideas how to manage this? My kids suggested setting a ton of lines with circle hooks over a few months but I’m concerned that I will catch tortoises and platypus; I don’t want to remove anything but the carp.
5:31 haha, I get that all the time, sometimes I’ll leave a bait rod for carp and go off lure fishing and I’ll come back to have the fish swim to the other side of the lake
Thanks Cam. I find in the winter months that I catch a lot more corn on corn than I do worms, but this time of the year worms seem to work best. I have no idea why that is. LOL
What an absolute beast of a carp for his 1st one! Well done Jack. Great vid Robbie
Thanks mate. Sure was a ripper. What an epic way to open your carp account. haha
Thanks so much RKJ fishing

Invasive pest species, we aren’t allowed to release them
