- Welcome to the second lesson in my Reading and Writing Chinese Characters lesson series. In this lesson I will teach you the Chinese Characters for woman, child, good, and peaceful: 女，子，好，and 安.
I will cover some tips and tricks to help you remember these characters as well as show you how to write them. I will also teach you some words that make use of each character, which will introduce you to other related characters and help expand your vocabulary

I see the character 好 a lot in 仙侠 dramas (my favourite).
I can understand some words that are often repeated, also because in those dramas in ancient times, people had to be polite and respect ranks. I noticed that when high rank people agree with a solution, for example a king uses 好 often when he agrees with a proposal and is satisfied about it.
好的 means ok
But do young people use好 as well nowadays?
