- Today we talk about a surprise patch that went live in Hearthstone that saw changes to Battlegrounds, a major game breaking bug finally fixed involving Alexstrasza and the Azerite Snake, and I ask you all for some feedback on the channel!

They ignored the bug that made a paladin completely unplayable, but raged-fixed the bug that made it possible to beat warrior.
Deep Miner Brann needs to change

I’ve been playing excavate warlock (with out Alex) to have a chance against warrior and I’m baffled that they nerfed/fixed one of the only viable strategies against brann before even thinking about nerfing brann… jokes
I think a broken spell video from 0 to 10 mana would be cool. It’s something new but with a familiar format.
i really hope they fix the glitch with spirit of the badlands causing your entire hand to be uninteractable. it is a BAD glitch. you have to completely close the game to fix it so you're losing at least 15 20 seconds of your turn. never lost a game because of it but i woulda been pissed lol

yea same here you can’t play that card without fucking up your whole hand. literaly the reason im not running highlander paladin
@@ansg1050 I’ve literally uncrafted numerous and I mean numerous cards just to build a legendary mirage paladin deck. Now they do this. Hearthstone is weak
need this ^ got signature spirit of the badlands in a normal pack and have only ever gotten shafted for it. was hoping with toy captain tarim it would be more fun, but turns out its just near unplayable on mobile lol
As a wild player who returned to the game during Titans, I would love a series of going over the different meta decks there was during each expansion. Like kind of a history and maybe some gameplay of these decks throughout the years. I think it would be really cool and inspiring to build more wild decks if I knew what was played during the different expansions.
I love the idea pf most broken spells. Most broken is ice block and no one can change my mind

Snake warlock is extremely good even without the bug. I've climbed from silver to diamond in 1 day, without even having Alex in the deck...

I feel like a decent list idea would be expansion retrospectives in regards to wild since sometimes random old cards get significantly better years down the line. A card like Bloodbloom was unplayable doodoo in Ungoro, but had to be giga nerfed for Wild Shenanigans years later.
I would personally love some faceoff videos with other streamers, based on some fun restrictions.
I guess reborn octorsari in battleground will still summon a 2/2 instead of an 8/8 -_-

I like the most broken minion series. You could rebreak it down by class or minion type. “The most broken pirate” or “The most broken Warlock Minions”
Both of your Sunday ideas sound great. That sort of thing is always interesting.
Sure, Alexstrasza's text says "Set health to 15", but the game has so many different mechanics that very often cards don't do exactly what their text says. Some players might have even thought that there is an explanation they don't fully understand. I've heard about it but never tried, and in general it is good to have a rule against exploiting bugs. But here I don't think there is a way to distinguish players who maliciously abused this and players who just haven't given much thought to why it works like that because they are players, not QA engineers at Blizzard.
What I would LOVE to see entitled something like 'A week of Hearthstone with Zeddy' featuring good plays bad plays funny moments crazy RNG sprinkled with salt - Could be real fun!

I like the game play videos. I can watch them whenever. I follow you on twitch as well but the timezones are all f*ed up so I'm not able to watch live most of the time
The Alextrasza bug also happens with Amara, did they fix that too?
Go through old expansions and rank all cards from each class for that expansion from 1 (best) to 10 (worst). 😀
Can you do a sunday series about cards that broke only wild. Cards that when they were released, were not insane in standard, but due to synergies with old cards were high impact on wild. Such as Toy Boat or Luna's Pocket Galaxy.

I think a good idea would be to make videos about decks in hearthstone history. Where you go through popular archetypes and how they have evolved throughout history. If they are still relevant, what changed about them. Maybe include a game with them.

Personally I would mix both choices to extend the content. 1 week it’s tier lists and the other its strongest spell or minion for the mana cost.
I mentioned the Alextrasza exploit about a week ago. Someone used it on me and was like, well that's bs. I went to the community forum and created a topic there and got told it's not an exploit but just a weird interaction. I wonder if blizzard saw my topic and decided it's time to fix that. I didn't get a ban or anything for mentioning it though, as it was clear in my comment I was a bit pissed it was KNOWINGLY used against me by the player who's name I deleted from my comment when told it was against rules etc to name names.... I'm going over to my comment now to claim victory 🎉🎉
Most people explained that it's just a weird interaction. I feel like there was just a bunch of people complaining and Blizzard decided to change how it works.

Did they fix the azerite snake bug where it prevents you from life stealing?
Sadly that isn't a bug, they're STEALING your health with the snake, which adjusts your max HP. This can be seen by your HP being white rather than red. Meaning you can only heal if you're below max.
Hi Zeddy, why don't you alternate between both series? One week the broken X type of card and on the other a tier list video. You could create polls here on UA-cam if you want us to interact with both videos prior the date they go live. Thanks as always for your content.

Saw Highlander Paladin list after Reno nerf and decided to try it out. Faced a bug with Mirage card and disenchanted all cards to craft Brann Warrior. Reached legend with it, so thanks Blizzard XD
I would love more tier lists tbh. But, I find myself watching you for your personality more than anything, so I’d say do what you find more fun and if that’s the most broken spells and minions in history, please do that. Better to do something you enjoy than to burn out faster!
Broken spell series sounds perfect!
As much as Alextraza was a bug, the deck was the much needed counter to Warrior. The deck was balanced, and therefore didn't need the patch.
Maintain salt levels until Brann is reworked! *we’re not gonna take it plays in the background*
I prefer the Tier List and you can do a tier list for the most broken minions and spells also if you want for example.

I'm thinking you could do "most broken X ever" don't have to limit it to minions, could do "most broken divine shield ever" or "most broken expansion ever" and not limit yourself so you can look at the game as a whole, And for the tier lists you could revamp the old ones and even come in with new ones like with "most broken X ever"

Brann is balanced. One has to play bad cards in the deck to play him.
Its just such a waste of time when they win... idc cause I live in my van and HS is my only entertainement.

So it was a bug? I accidentally killed myself using Alex on myself thinking I will go from 9 health to 15 but instead I exploded lol. That was a long time ago maybe around 2nd week after expanaion release.

if minus boomboss from reno warrior the deck is not nearly as "ruff" to play against imo.. that being said we are definitely getting more battlecrys in future sets and mini sets so imo just change it to the next 2 battlecrys or something then it keeps it flavor but isent infinite value..

A bug yeah right. They left it in the game for 6 Plus weeks. They were going to change it but since warlock came back with a snake deck they had to do it.
I miss the tier lists, it's what originally brung me to your channel. So I'd like to see some of them updated 😊

why dont you do weekly wild and standard meta reports with mini analysis on the weekends?
on some weeks you could source and reference reports of other people as well but add your own sauce.

I'm not a big fan of top ten and tier lists, unless they help my current gameplay. So, most broken cards of current meta might give me some good insight for gameplay. Most broken cards of all time, maybe pass.

The fact that the only good answer to Reno Warrior was exploiting a bug says a lot
Brann is a problem and needs to be altered to like 8 mana at least

@@ansg1050 Hunter is the one true hard counter. But flood paladin, highlander shaman and spell druid can also be decent counters, at least in my experience.

Love the silly rants even when I disagree with you. Tier Lists are always fun. I also think it would be fun if you opened a second non-whale account and documented your experiences attempting to play the game from a budget perspective (similar to what Hearthstone Mathematics has been doing).
