I was thinking she was filing a false complaint, but after watching further, I could see that the cop was lying about what happened even though he never even saw the video.
It is irrelevant what happened first as it was not even investigated but was just word taken as probable cause and that is all that matters. I hope the victim sues!

Why would it matter who the body cameras came from? They are still public records and the cops should have uploaded them to have them in their possession. This was IMO a clear attempt at a violation of the right to public records.

No question in my mind this was racial. Officer made lots of errors and forcing a plea because in court we going to throw the book at you as hard as we can and they do too.
Lawyer should beat this easily and they go for the lawsuit. Lady did not want a black guy living next door or she would have not messed with him and had in her plan even cameras set up to take him out.
