Still miss this guy! My Dad and I spent many hours laughing together while watching “...saves Christmas” and “....goes to jail” I hadn’t watched some of the Roseanne episodes that he played in until recently, and it allowed me to admire his works even more! You are STILL greatly missed Mr. V ....Much love!
Funny how Jim mentions Gunsmoke lasted 14 years when Jim's last Ernest movie was almost 14 years after this interview, Ernest in the Army. Since Ernest predates this interview by 5 years, he technically outlived Gunsmoke.
