I have a question re: after drawing the liquid PRF…Regarding scalp injection for hair loss/hair rejuvenation: Would the injections then be given using that 18G? Or are we just recommending the 18G to pop through the lid and draw it up without activating the platelets?
What gage needle should we be using to inject with and is there still a need to be concerned about activating the platelets at this point? Or is a higher gage needle sufficient to make injections on scalp at this point? Thanks for the valuable information, and for sharing your knowledge in these videos!

You don't need to activate the platelet concentrate since you aren't using anti-coagulants. You would remove the 18 gauge and inject the scalp with a 30 gauge 4mm needle.

Sir I'm from India , here I have not found blue /white PET tube but yellow/ brown coloured PET tubes (without any additives) are available ,can I use that tubes for preparation of liquid PRF?
