Great review, in regards to the branding on the buckle- the owner didn’t want to overkill with the marketing. Also as far as the sizing, they actually offer smaller sizes and longer sizes. However they should definitely take your advice in regards to the other QC issues. I can honestly tell you that Strapsco has been an awesome company to work with and they are extremely open minded and are constantly listening to their audience. Therefore I’m sure they will strive to keep getting better in the future. Take care Oscar!

Thats a very good point about the buckle, I just tend to prefer the option of branding! I was unaware of the sizing differences I'll give it another look. I completely agree they've gotten in contact since the review and happily received my criticisms and promised to make improvements! Thanks for watching Miguel, sorry been a little late on replying 🤙🏻

Thanks for such an unbiased review! Even if you highlighted some negatives, I guess it's the way things go for Straps Co. I opened my eyes when you spoke about your Dailos Waveform, since I'm one of their backers and while I wait for my reward, I'm looking for reviews related to what I should receive in May 2021... I could understand that Dailos are angry with you for not issuing your review sooner, since the KS campaign is over, now.
Back about watch straps: eventhough they are an affordable way of changing your style without the need for breaking your bank account while buying another watch, I'm generally not looking for watch straps costing above a fraction of the price of my watch. For instance, £30 represents 20% of the price of your Phylida. For me, it's in the upper side of the range I'm ready to spend for a watch strap. Then, I'm looking for a premium feel, which was not the case, after watching you review.
I prefer guys like you have and informed look at them before I invest my hard-earned into this.
Keep up the good job and make your Dailos Waveform!

Anytime Raphael! sorry for the delayed reply been busy. Yeah I'm loving my time with the Dalios Lovely watch, not sure when the Kickstarter ended but I only got it last Friday and like to spend a good period of time with a watch before I film my final review so it's out of the "honey moon" phase. Thanks for watching and hopefully I'll get the Dalios review out for you soon!

Nice one! I really enjoyed that you focused on stuff that usually goes unseen (the way the end of the strap meets the case, for example). It may not be important for every consumer, however, the fact that you analyze it anyway, gives it extra value for the ones that do care about it (like myself).
On the other hand, I read on a comment above that their website offers different strap lengths for different wrist sizes, and I do believe it’s an important thing to add to the review.

Glad you enjoyed it, I also read that comment but couldn't actually see where that option is to buy different lengths 🤷🏻‍♂️

The rally leather strap looks like something you can get on Aliexpress for 5-7$. Concerning the lack of holes for smaller wrists, as a person with a 6.25 inch wrist I almost always have to deal with it by punching the hole myself - I have a special punching tool, but I guess you can use a bodkin or something similar, just be sure to measure it right and punch in from the top side of the strap to the bottom

My favourite was actually the big waffle style strap. It looked cracking on the Dailos dive watch. I didn't have much of an issue with how the strap meets the case tbh. It was the right thing that you mentioned the rubber spilt on the top of the leather straps. But just out of interest: can it be scraped off, i. e. with your finger nails? Cheers mate!

Sorry for the delayed reply, I have tried but don't seem to be able to scrape it off with my finger nail, and don't want to risk causing more damage using a knife 🤷🏻‍♂️ don't think there's much I can do unfortunately!

You say “worth the cost” like they’re super expensive. I would say they’re definitely worth the cost. They look and feel great and are very inexpensive, you get a lot of bang for your buck with strapsco straps.

I'd never buy from strapsco , just start a review channel and they'll send you straps for free :)

On camera, your wrists look smaller than 7.5”. I have 7.5” wrists (albeit broad and flat) and, on my wrist, the StrapsCo straps that I own have a number of holes on either side of the clasp.

I was just a little disappointed with the quality control on these straps for the asking price

I bought a suede grey strap from another famous brand for one of my Panerai and you do not want the quick release spring bar. The hole weakens theat area and causes the suede to stretch.
