Work has been super busy since I got back to Alberta. Haven't had much time for UA-cam unfortunately but I got out a little bit and got some footage. I put two videos in one to make up for the time I've been absent so I hope you guys enjoy. Hoping to be back at the cabin sooner rather than later. Thanks to everyone who has been sticking with me.
    My Log Cabin.
I have been working on this log cabin for a few years and it is finally getting close to completion. This is not a "How to build a log cabin" video. Its just me trying to fulfill my childhood dream of building a log cabin. I am not a carpenter, I am just doing the best I can with what I have. Thanks for watching and hopefully you subscribe for future log cabin videos.
A log cabin is a dwelling constructed of logs, especially a less finished or architecturally sophisticated structure. Log cabins have an ancient history in Europe, and in America are often associated with first generation home building by settlers.

Great to see you back on here, wonderful views and awesome drone footage though you didn't get to the glacier.
A great paddle and those different layers look interesting. Frog is good but unfortunately I can't get it here, I love it cooked Asian style in a black pepper sauce but those fried in that cajun fish crisp looked golden and delicious. Hoping all goes well and you can get back home soon. 👍❤

I thought the video was pretty sweet, despite not reaching your final destination. I think we’ve all been in that same situation when Mother Nature decided to throw some crap weather on the adventure. But it looks like you had a pretty cool camping trip nonetheless. The river crossings were pretty sweet. Also, nice tarp dude. I remember you mentioned needing to buy a better on on the outing you did with your friend Justin. Stay safe up there.🤙

To bad you didn't get all the way to the falls. Seeing the glaciar and the falls would of been nice. Nasty rain! Did anyone check the weather report before starting this little trip? Sometimes I forget and of course it be the one day it rains! The day I want to do something lol. But you had a nice hike all the same. Nice spot there by the river. Much love from So.Cal.💟

The first video was really good, it's a pity that you could not go to the falls and glacier , but weather held you back. Glacier is a wonderful sight, I saw a few when I was in Iceland. The second video was also good a nice relaxing adventure. It's nice to be out and about Troy even if you are working there not missing a chance to be out.

Hey Troy I just watched another UA-camr do this excact same trip just the other day. Only thing is he used a raft made out of barrels.... His channel is called Steve Wallis. You should check it out and see if he could do a collab while you are there. He loves to Hunker Down with a Step 2 just like you did with the frog legs. Looking like you are adapting well out there. Keep the videos coming and I will be sure to watch them. Later. Tom.

@@larsandersson4394 I'm a non-resident...Plus, I don't have any fishing gear in Alberta. And I don't have much time for fishing. There were also times where my boat got stuck on the bottom so very shallow in places.
