Wow looking good, brings back memories of my 77 sub that I redid inthe late 80's. New hood,fenders,doors, quarters and hood. Oh yeah and it was what looks like the same color yellow.
I have painted before but never a suburban those are huge and take lots of labor and paint, you are going to be happy with the results, I see I have to subscribe again

Lots of work getting them restored correctly. The job should have included removing the windshield and both quarter glass with new rubber on reinstallation and of course, replace those exterior chrome door handles with replacements or have them rechromed as there just too many pitts and blemishes there and folks have to touch them so they won't show well old looking. Parts are hard to find on these old ones...especially body and interior parts.
Hi Patrick thank you so very much for watching! We’re truly enjoying your term, “the yellow monster!” Hoping the truck will be completed by early March and towing the trailer soon after that. Some engine power upgrades are next and then electrical stuff like dual battery set up, fuse boxes, back up camera, she’s pretty big and hard to see when backing up LOL and lots of off-road lighting! Still a pretty big list haha!!

We didn’t wanna make it too nice so that when we eventually put some scratches and dents on her on the trails with you guys we wouldn’t cry about it. Tory says not cry...as much LOL

I'm having PTSD from working on my old Dodge. I had the same rust issues throughout. Pretty much fixed now though.
