They could put an interpreter behind the scenes. It’s definitely hard trying to express yourself when you don’t have all the words yet. Have said that, he did amazing.

just went to his opening concert in denver last night, and let me tell you, i dont speak or understand a lick of spanish but I know the lyrics to all three recent albums and it HIT ME HARD. I was vibing out and felt myself each and every song. this man is a legend and is so humble, much respect to this man

@@dydylee27 Well I don't know the history or origin of that handshake, but its commonly used in the Caribbean. I assume that other people use it too, as Trevor knows it, but it's mostly used among friends and acquaintances.

They only do it because the attention he will bring to them… they live for the flavor of the moment… is not like they are giving Latinos a break, there are huge latin artists, which are not as hyped on the web, but who are icons, and these dude don’t even know who they are…

I love how Bad bunny has improved on his English and how respectful Trevor is when he says he is learning Spanish and promised him an interview in his language next time to turn the tables around. I thought so too! Maybe he only knows some basic phrases, then "punches it up" with comedic gibberish? Like when Key and Peele use their faux French that sounds slightly convincing (to non-French speakers) but also hilariously fake at same time.
@@ChineduOpara I've heard him say some frases and he has no weird accent. So when I read he could speak seven languages I assumed one of them was spanish. Searching a bit more about him I realized none of the language he knows are the romance ones.

I tip my hat to Trevor for putting in the effort to learn Spanish. I dont think people realize how big that is, not just for him but for media.
